After graduating with a degree in marketing from Western Illinois University, Tim went to work for Liberty Mutual in 1975 as a multi-line field adjuster. His career with Liberty progressed to roles as senior adjuster and claim supervisor. In 1978 Tim joined Reserve Insurance, handling excess and surplus claims nationally, first as Claims Supervisor, and later Senior Supervisor.

In 1979 Tim joined CNA where he worked as Claim Supervisor. In 1981, he was promoted to Home Office Analyst. Tim moved to Professional Managers, Inc., an MGA handling professional liability claims nationally, as Claim Manager in 1984, and in 1985 as Vice President Claims. Tim started Oak Hill Associates November 1,1986.

Vince Hardt, Consultant

Vince has over 25 years claims experience having joined GAB as a multi-line Field Adjuster with heavy concentration in the property adjustment area. In 1983, Vince moved to Commercial Union as a multi-line Supervisor handling auto, property and casualty losses. In 1985, Mr. Hardt joined AIAC where his positions included Recovery Specialist, Heavy Litigation Specialist, and multi-line Supervisor.

Mr. Hardt has an Undergraduate degree with majors in English and History, from Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois. He obtained his Masters degree in Education at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland.
